Flagship Events LLC, a leading event management company with over 25 years of industry experience across Dubai, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi, is looking for a highly organized and proactive Events Coordinator to support the successful execution of high-profile events. This is a contract-based, on-site role offering the opportunity to work across various destinations and corporate functions within the MICE industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate delivery of event collateral from agencies, printers, and sponsors.

• Manage event registration desks and train/manage hostesses and ushers.

• Liaise with hotel staff to ensure accurate F&B setup and guest service.

• Handle VIP coordination including seating, service, and queries.

• Organize hotel bookings and logistics for VIPs and event speakers.

• Send invitations, track RSVPs, and maintain event databases.

• Promote events by contacting prospects and managing follow-ups.

• Ensure sponsor branding and event signage is properly placed.

• Follow event program schedules and ensure timely task completion.

• Oversee award distribution and recognition during events.

• Manage media delivery and upload selected content to social platforms.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.

• Strong skills in event planning, coordination, and stakeholder communication.

• Customer service-oriented mindset with excellent interpersonal skills.

• Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines under pressure.

• Familiarity with the MICE industry is an added advantage.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
