Bellman Events, the experience-led arm of Bellman Media Group, is on the hunt for a dynamic Events Associate to help create and execute culture-first, innovation-driven events across the region. This hybrid, full-time role is perfect for someone with 2–3 years of experience in event planning who thrives in fast-paced, startup-style environments. You’ll be in the heart of the action—handling everything from logistics to social hype—with events that actually leave a mark.

You won’t be wearing a blazer, but you will be juggling RSVPs, hyping up parties, managing creatives, and being on the ground to make sure the energy is on point. If you love startups, culture, and community—this is for you.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate events from planning to execution with vendors, venues, and partners.

• Handle event RSVPs, timelines, checklists, and guest lists (think Luma + spreadsheets).

• Promote events via social media, emails, and post-event content (reels, captions, etc.).

• Collaborate with creative teams on visuals and storytelling.

• Track regional event trends and bring fresh ideas to the table.

• Attend and support weekly community events (Fridays, 6–9 PM at Media City).

• Ensure event vibe and execution is smooth and engaging.

Requirements:

• 2–3 years of event coordination experience (formal or informal).

• Skilled in Google Suite, Microsoft Office; familiarity with Wix and Figma is a plus.

• Strong written communication in English (Arabic is a bonus).

• Ability to multitask, stay organized, and ideate in fast-moving environments.

• Comfortable with social media platforms (especially Instagram and LinkedIn).

• Self-starter, team player, and startup-savvy mindset.

• Bonus: community-building experience or involvement in organizing campus/club events.
