AMS International UAE is looking for an Event Specialist based in Dubai to coordinate and manage the logistics of exhibitions and events. The role includes vendor management, coordinating with artists and VIPs, as well as handling quotations and bookings for various services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate exhibition logistics, including maintaining invoices and prior permissions for vendors (SINAS and Saeed Framers).

• Manage invoices for audio-visual vendors.

• Handle vendor management tasks.

• Coordinate with artists and manage VIP itineraries.

• Obtain quotations from vendors and manage hotel bookings.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Proven experience in event management or a similar role.

• Strong communication and organizational skills.

• Ability to coordinate logistics for exhibitions and events efficiently.
