Kobet Technology DMCC is hiring an Event Planner / Community Manager for a full-time role based in Dubai, with on-site event execution required in Nigeria. The ideal candidate will have 2–3 years of experience in planning offline events, building strategic partnerships, and managing community relationships. This role involves organizing 3–5 high-impact events between Q2 and Q4 of 2025, strengthening brand visibility, and generating quality leads through effective community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute 3–5 strategic local events to support brand and business goals

Collaborate with local influencers, community leaders, and stakeholders
-
Manage pre-event planning, on-site coordination, and post-event analysis
-
Oversee vendor selection and contractor supervision
-
Gather event data and prepare detailed reports with improvement suggestions
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

Event attendance and brand engagement levels
-
Number of qualified leads generated
-
Community and stakeholder satisfaction feedback
Basic Requirements:

2–3 years of hands-on event planning and execution experience

Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills
-
Deep understanding of local culture and the ability to build trust with stakeholders

Fluent in English (written and spoken)
Preferred Qualifications:

Prior work experience or network in Kenya or Nigeria

Success in influencer collaboration or grassroots community projects

Familiarity with tools like Eventbrite, Trello, Excel, and Google Analytics
