Royal Avenue Investments is seeking a highly creative and experienced Event Manager to spearhead a diverse range of unforgettable brand experiences. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes event production, thrives on creating standout moments, and knows how to capture attention both on the ground and on social media.

As Event Manager, you’ll take the lead on delivering large-scale, high-impact events for a portfolio of dynamic brands including:

• Oh Polly – Fashion-forward parties and influencer activations

• Bo+Tee – Sleek fitness lifestyle pop-ups

• Swingers – Immersive nightlife and entertainment experiences

• BrewDog Dubai – Bold, craft beer-centric cultural events

• Hamleys & Hamleys Play – Magical retailtainment and engaging kids’ shows

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, and execute experiential events across various sectors including fashion, nightlife, fitness, and family entertainment

• Manage all aspects of event production: creative ideation, budgeting, logistics, vendor coordination, and live execution

• Collaborate with talent agents, influencers, DJs, and production suppliers to deliver standout activations

• Oversee site builds, develop and manage run-of-show schedules, and ensure live content capture

• Ensure events are delivered on time, within budget, and aligned with brand identity

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in experiential event management within fashion, nightlife, retail, or live entertainment sectors

• Exceptional creativity coupled with a strong commercial mindset

• Well-connected within the UAE vendor and promoter scene (preferred)

• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends as needed

• Proven ability to switch effortlessly between different brand tones and audience needs — from high-glamour influencer events to family-friendly activations
