Job Title: Event Lighting Technician 

Job Description:

4sure Events is a leading event management company based in Dubai and Sharjah, specializing in a wide range of event solutions. We provide comprehensive event services, including AV rentals and production for our clients across the UAE. We are currently seeking a dedicated Event Lighting Technician to join our team and contribute to the success of our events by managing lighting setups and ensuring flawless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set up and operate lighting equipment for various events across the UAE.

• Collaborate with event planners to understand and fulfill lighting requirements.

• Perform equipment maintenance, troubleshooting, and ensure all lighting setups meet safety standards.

• Assist with load-in and load-out of lighting and AV equipment as part of event logistics.

• Provide on-site support during events to manage and adjust lighting as needed, ensuring the best possible visual experience.

• Ability to travel for events across the UAE as required and work flexible hours, including overtime.

Skills & Competencies:

• 2-3 years of experience in event lighting and technical operations.

• Proficiency in operating lighting consoles and various lighting equipment.

• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot issues efficiently.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing schedules and event needs.

• Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented setting.

• Willingness to work overtime and under pressure when required.

Job Type & Compensation:

• Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent

• Salary Range: AED 3,000.00 – AED 8,000.00 per month, depending on experience and qualifications

Preferred Candidate:

• Years of Experience: 3-10 years in event lighting or a similar role.

• Location: United Arab Emirates.

• Gender: Male.

• Age Range: 18-40 years.
