Bambi Events, a creative leader in experiential design and brand activations, is seeking an innovative and passionate Event Designer to join their dynamic team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role ideal for a design-savvy professional who thrives on crafting visually immersive brand experiences—from trade show booths to product launches and corporate installations.

At Bambi Events, we specialize in transforming abstract ideas into bold, tangible experiences through exceptional creative execution. As an Event Designer, you’ll lead concept development and collaborate with producers, clients, and internal creative teams to bring visionary events to life.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop creative concepts, mood boards, sketches, layouts, and 3D renderings

• Translate client briefs into fully realized spatial designs aligned with brand strategy

• Collaborate with production, AV, decor, and fabrication teams to ensure feasibility and visual excellence

• Source and specify furnishings, materials, props, floral, signage, and more

• Attend site visits and provide on-site design direction during installation/setup

• Monitor trends in event design, lighting, color theory, and interactivity

Skills & Qualifications Required:

• 3–5 years of experience in event design, spatial/interior design, or a similar creative field

• Strong portfolio showcasing concept-to-execution event work

• Proficiency in design tools such as SketchUp, AutoCAD, Vectorworks, and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

• Deep understanding of spatial planning, user flow, and design functionality

• Strong storytelling and presentation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to fast-moving project timelines

• Bonus: Experience with luxury or high-end corporate events
