Blue League Venture is seeking a dynamic and organized professional to join their team as an Event Coordinator & Payment Specialist. This full-time, on-site role in Dubai involves managing events, coordinating payments, supporting sales functions, and ensuring high-level customer service for a growing and fast-paced organization.
Job Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and coordinate networking events, conferences, and meetings.

Manage and record daily payments; collaborate with the accounts team to ensure financial accuracy.

Maintain and update records and databases.

Prepare event-related materials including invitations, agendas, and follow-up communications.

Provide general administrative support to leadership.

Ensure timely, professional communication and assistance to clients and internal stakeholders.
Job Requirements:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, Communications, or a related field.

2–4 years of experience in event coordination, executive support, or membership/customer management.

Strong organizational, multitasking, and communication skills.
-
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
-
Professional demeanor with the ability to work independently and collaboratively.
-
UAE experience is preferred.
