Platinum Events, a leading name in the Middle East’s events industry with two decades of excellence, is hiring a proactive and detail-oriented Event Coordinator for its Dubai head office. This is a full-time on-site role ideal for candidates passionate about creating seamless, memorable event experiences.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for various events

  • Liaise with clients to understand their vision and event needs

  • Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events

  • Maintain records such as timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts

  • Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and third-party vendors

  • Provide on-site support and troubleshoot event-day issues


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

  • Prior experience in event coordination or a similar role preferred

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
