This is a full-time on-site role ideal for candidates passionate about creating seamless, memorable event experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and coordinating logistics for various events

Liaise with clients to understand their vision and event needs

Support the setup, execution, and breakdown of events

Maintain records such as timelines, budgets, and vendor contracts

Coordinate with suppliers, venues, and third-party vendors

Provide on-site support and troubleshoot event-day issues
Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or related field

Prior experience in event coordination or a similar role preferred

Excellent organizational and multitasking skills

Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event planning software

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings/weekends
