The Unique Gallery, a flagship initiative by TUS Group, is poised to become Dubai’s premier destination for high jewelry and collectible timepieces. As the gallery gears up for its grand opening in July 2025, we are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Event Coordinator to support and lead the planning and execution of high-profile private events, previews, and activations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute private events from initial setup to guest logistics.

• Establish and manage partnerships with venues that align with the luxury positioning of the gallery.

• Liaise with vendors, suppliers, venues, and internal teams to ensure seamless coordination.

• Maintain and track event production schedules, exhibitor communications, and project timelines.

• Assist marketing efforts with on-site branding, visual setup, and creation of guest materials.

• Monitor event budgets and ensure execution aligns with financial goals and quality standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Proven experience in event coordination, preferably within the luxury industry.

• Highly organized, proactive, and solution-oriented with a keen eye for detail.

• Fluent in English; knowledge of Arabic or Russian is a valuable advantage.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with polished client-facing etiquette.

• Able to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced, luxury-driven environment.
