Programme Overview:

• Duration: 8 months to 1 year of comprehensive training in collaboration with EIF.

• Placement: Successful graduates will be absorbed into full-time roles within RAKBANK upon completion.

• Departments include: Wholesale Banking, Business Banking, IT, Operations, Design & Innovation, Customer & Strategic Analytics, Wealth Management, Islamic Banking, and more.

Requirements:

• UAE National with a family book (Khulasat Al Qaid).

• Fresh graduate with a GPA of 3.0 or higher in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, Digital Marketing, IT, or related fields.

• Strong motivation, enthusiasm, and willingness to learn.

• Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic proficiency is an advantage).

• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
