Role Summary

We’re looking for a Junior Estimator to support our pricing and quotation processes for custom framing and sculptural art projects. This role requires someone who can work across departments, understand materials and production workflows, and produce accurate, competitive estimates.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare detailed cost estimates and quotations for custom framing and sculpture projects

• Collaborate with artists and designers to understand project requirements

• Track material and labor costs, ensuring accuracy and realism in estimates

• Identify cost-saving alternatives without compromising artistic or quality standards

• Maintain thorough documentation of estimates and project changes

• Ensure all cost calculations align with Qube’s high standards of craftsmanship

• Coordinate with the sales, production, and project management teams

• Stay current with trends and pricing in framing and sculpture production

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of art framing materials and sculptural techniques

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work with precision

• Good communication skills (verbal and written)

• Analytical skills to estimate production timelines, labor, and material costs

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Business, or a related field (preferred)

• Experience: Prior experience in estimation, custom manufacturing, or art production preferred (experience in framing or sculpture a plus)
