Qube Art Frames | Gallery is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Estimator to join its team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site role responsible for creating accurate cost estimates for framing, art installations, and fine art printing projects. The ideal candidate will have experience in art production or printing, strong communication skills, and a background in art or design.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare precise cost estimates for custom framing, printing, and installation projects.

• Collaborate with the production team to evaluate material and labor needs.

• Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to obtain competitive pricing.

• Analyze project specifications and drawings to assess material requirements.

• Monitor project budgets and suggest cost-saving alternatives when appropriate.

• Assist in project planning and scheduling to ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain documentation of estimates, quotes, and related correspondence.

Qualifications:

• Experience in estimating framing, printing, or art production work.

• Strong understanding of materials and techniques in fine art reproduction and display.

• High attention to detail and numeric accuracy.

• Proficient in estimating software and project management tools.

• Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.

• Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with vendors.

• Degree in Fine Arts, Design, Architecture, or a related field is preferred.
