About the Role:

Our client, a leading multinational Project & Cost Management Consultancy, is seeking a highly skilled Estimator to join their growing team in either Dubai or Abu Dhabi. You will work on high-profile fit out, refurbishment, and base build projects across the UAE. Ideal candidates will have proven consultancy or contractor-side experience and must be ready for immediate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform pre-contract measurement and detailed cost planning.

• Prepare estimates from early pre-concept design stages through to the production of tender-ready Bill of Quantities (BoQ).

• Take off quantities and prepare BoQs in accordance with POMI, CESMM 3 & 4, and NRM standards across architectural, structural, interior design, and MEP disciplines.

• Develop cost models and estimates from concept through design stages, including pricing of tender documents.

• Collaborate closely with project teams, contributing accurate cost advice and solutions.

• Maintain market knowledge to enhance cost modelling accuracy.

• Ensure a high level of attention to detail and accuracy in all estimating activities.

• Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, supporting peers and senior team members.

Candidate Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of estimation experience in the Middle East with a reputable consultancy or contractor.

• Industry Background: Preference for candidates from consultancy firms; however, strong contractor profiles will also be considered.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in estimation software such as Bluebeam, CostX, or similar.

  • Strong Microsoft Excel and Word skills.

  • Experience with quantity take-offs and Revit software is highly desirable.

• Personal Traits:

  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and disciplined.

  • Positive attitude with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities.

Salary Range:

AED 12,000 to 20,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances), depending on experience and qualifications.
