Job Summary

Electra’s Events Academy invites dynamic and ambitious fresh graduates to apply for an internship in the Estimation Department. This hands-on opportunity is part of a structured program designed to offer real-world exposure to the event production and construction estimation process. Interns will gain technical knowledge, develop key industry skills, and have a chance to secure a full-time role upon successful completion of the internship.

Key Responsibilities

• Track client enquiries and update the estimation pipeline

• Attend meetings with the Estimation Team to gather Scope of Work (SOW) from the Account Management team

• Support in quantity take-offs from CAD drawings

• Assist in BOQ (Bill of Quantities) preparation based on project scope

• Coordinate with procurement, production, and suppliers for quotations and follow-ups

• Support ERP data entry, especially using Microsoft Dynamics 365

• Break down material lists and update estimations

• Assist in labor hour calculations from production schedules

Candidate Requirements

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)

• AutoCAD skills are essential

• Knowledge of SketchUp is an advantage

• Strong organizational and communication skills

• A proactive and detail-oriented mindset

• Fresh graduate or final-year student in Engineering, Architecture, Events, or a related field
