About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and commercially aware Estimation Engineer – Interior Fit Out to join a dynamic construction team in Dubai.

The successful candidate will play a key role in preparing accurate cost estimates, analyzing project documentation, and supporting competitive bidding and successful project execution within the interior fit-out sector.

This role requires strong technical understanding, precision in quantity take-offs, and the ability to manage multiple tenders within tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities

Cost Estimation & Quantity Surveying

• Conduct detailed quantity take-offs for interior fit-out projects

• Prepare accurate cost plans based on architectural and engineering drawings

• Develop detailed Bills of Quantities (BOQs)

• Prepare tender documents and scope of work specifications

Tendering & Commercial Analysis

• Evaluate subcontractor and supplier quotations to ensure competitive pricing

• Analyze material costs, labor rates, and market fluctuations

• Participate in bid submissions and presentations

• Assist in contract negotiations and clarifications

Project Support & Value Engineering

• Support project managers with cost control activities

• Contribute to value engineering initiatives

• Ensure estimates align with budgets, quality standards, and project timelines

Data Management & Compliance

• Maintain and update databases for materials, suppliers, and labor rates

• Ensure compliance with UAE construction regulations and market practices

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or related field

• Minimum 3 years of estimation experience specifically in interior fit-out projects

• Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and fit-out standards

• Proficiency in estimation software and MS Office applications

• Excellent analytical and numerical skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously

• Knowledge of UAE construction regulations preferred

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

Compensation

Salary: AED 9,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)
