Prompt Solutions, a leading recruitment firm, is hiring an ESG Lead Auditor on behalf of a multinational auditing client with global operations across multiple industries. This full-time on-site role is based in Dubai or Abu Dhabi, UAE, and is ideal for experienced ESG professionals who can deliver environmental, social, and governance audits in line with international standards.

Immediate joiners or candidates already based in Dubai/Abu Dhabi with audit experience are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct ESG audits, materiality assessments, and GHG accounting in accordance with GRI, SASB, IFRS, TCFD, and RJC frameworks

• Assess ESG compliance and provide assurance services to clients in sectors like metals and trading

• Prepare sustainability and ESG reports aligned with global standards

• Support clients in ESG KPI development and strategy formulation

• Maintain accurate audit documentation and adhere to impartiality protocols

• Deliver client training and contribute to internal capacity-building initiatives

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s in Environmental Science, Sustainability, or related fields

• ESG/Sustainability certification (e.g., GRI, RJC, ISO 14001/50001)

• 3–5 years of ESG audit experience, preferably within the GCC region

• Proficiency in materiality analysis, GHG Protocol, and sustainability reporting

• Familiarity with UAE regulatory frameworks and sustainability initiatives

• Strong analytical and writing skills

Preferred Attributes:

• Background in consulting or certification bodies

• Experience with LCA tools or carbon accounting software

• Bilingual in Arabic and English (preferred)
