TAT IT Technologies is urgently hiring an ERP Project Manager with expertise in the banking domain to lead end-to-end project delivery in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have experience in ERP and automation projects, strong technical and functional knowledge, and prior work experience in the UAE banking sector is a plus.

Key Responsibilities:

📌 Lead and implement ERP projects for banking clients.
📌 Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project objectives.
📌 Define project scope, goals, and deliverables with stakeholders.
📌 Develop and update detailed project plans.
📌 Manage budget and resource allocation effectively.
📌 Identify risks and mitigation strategies to ensure project success.
📌 Facilitate communication between technical teams and banking personnel.
📌 Ensure ERP compliance with banking regulations and standards.
📌 Monitor project progress, performance, and prepare reports for management.
📌 Conduct training sessions for staff on ERP functionalities.
📌 Gather and analyze end-user requirements for tailored ERP solutions.
📌 Support change management efforts for seamless system adoption.
📌 Address technical and functional issues throughout the project lifecycle.
📌 Document project methodologies and outcomes for future reference.
📌 Conduct post-implementation reviews to evaluate project success.

Required Skills & Experience:

✔ Experience: 5-7 years in project management, specifically ERP & banking domain.
✔ Technical Background: IT-related experience, ability to understand both technical & functional requirements.
✔ Project Management Expertise: End-to-end ERP project planning, implementation, and execution.
✔ Banking Domain Knowledge: Experience in UAE banking sector is a big plus.
✔ Change Management: Ability to drive smooth adoption of new ERP systems.
✔ Risk & Budget Management: Strong problem-solving skills to handle challenges.
✔ Stakeholder Engagement: Effective communication and team leadership skills.

Salary & Contract:

💰 AED 16,000 – AED 17,000 per month
