Job Title: EPC Sales Executive
Job Description:
We are hiring a results-oriented EPC Sales Executive with a strong background in electrical panel and power distribution sales to join our dynamic team in Noida, India. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in EPC projects and a well-established network within the electrical industry in India.
Please Note: This position requires relocation to Noida.
Key Responsibilities:

Identify, pursue, and develop new business opportunities in the EPC, electrical panel, and power distribution sectors.

Build and maintain strong relationships with EPC contractors, consultants, distributors, and key industry stakeholders.

Create and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals.

Analyze market trends, customer requirements, and competitor activity to develop informed sales approaches.

Collaborate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure timely and accurate project execution.

Deliver pre-sales and post-sales support, including technical presentations and product demonstrations.

Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and ensure alignment on project terms.

Maintain a healthy sales pipeline through regular follow-ups and client engagement.
Skills & Requirements:

2–3 years of proven experience in EPC Sales, Electrical Panel Sales, or Distribution Sales in India.

Deep understanding of electrical products, power systems, and distribution panels.

A well-connected network within the Indian EPC market.

Excellent communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
-
Highly self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working independently.

Willingness to relocate to Noida is mandatory.
