Revolut is seeking an Entrepreneur in Residence to lead the development and scaling of new digital products. This role is ideal for visionary entrepreneurs who thrive in fast-paced environments and have experience launching products from scratch. You will own the full product journey, including strategy, development, GTM planning, and execution, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions at 10x speed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop new products from scratch or lead the turnaround of underperforming projects.

• Own full product P&L, including strategy, revenue model, growth, and optimization.

• Manage the product lifecycle from ideation to launch, growth, and maintenance.

• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing teams of 10+ members.

• Collaborate with stakeholders across Design, Engineering, Marketing, Legal, and FinCrime to ensure successful delivery.

• Set high standards for team performance, including hiring, goal-setting, and regular performance reviews.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree in STEM or a highly quantitative field from a top-tier university.

• 4+ years in high-growth tech startups, top-tier consulting, or investment banking.

• 2+ years of startup experience as a founder or co-founder.

• Hands-on experience developing and launching digital products from scratch.

• Proven track record in hiring and managing teams of 10+.

• Exceptional analytical, structured problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.

Preferred / Nice to Have:

• Experience raising funding from recognized PE/VCs or Y Combinator.

• Master’s degree from a top-tier university.

• Hands-on coding experience (SQL, Python, or R).

• Interest or experience in financial services.
