GE HealthCare is seeking an Enterprise Solutions Architect to lead the design and delivery of healthcare solutions across the EAGM region (Middle East, Turkey, Russia, CIS countries, and Africa). This role will involve developing strategic solutions for clients, aligning with commercial teams, and ensuring successful implementation of outcome-based solutions tailored to client needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy Development: Refine and implement strategies to position GE HealthCare’s Enterprise Solutions offerings, maximizing value to clients.

• Business Development: Collaborate with commercial teams to create, present, and plan delivery for packaged and custom solutions.

• Solution Design: Lead solution discovery sessions, translate client needs into customer-specific roadmaps, and design solutions that address key business requirements.

• Pre-Sales Support: Manage the pre-sales process, including gathering information, delivering presentations, and conducting capability demonstrations.

• Stakeholder Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, internal teams, and key stakeholders across the healthcare ecosystem.

Required Skills to Be Successful:

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience (MBA preferred).

• Strong business acumen and ability to translate market insights into actionable solutions.

• Proven track record in cross-functional team management and experience in clinical, consulting, or large OEM settings.

• Ability to navigate ambiguity, strategic agility, and an outcome-driven approach.

• Strong communication, influencing, and problem-solving skills.

• Extensive experience in healthcare, understanding executive-level challenges and requirements.

Qualifications:

• Deep healthcare knowledge with the ability to think critically and solve complex challenges.

• Experience in leading large, complex project plans.

• Executive-level presence and experience working with hospital C-suite executives and healthcare authorities.

• Fluent in English (Arabic fluency is advantageous).

• Willingness to travel across the region.
