Role Overview
We are looking for an Enterprise Sales Manager to drive sales growth, build strategic client relationships, and expand our market presence. The ideal candidate will have experience in low-code/no-code solutions, Enterprise Content Management (ECM), and Business Process Management (BPM), with a strong ability to align digital solutions with enterprise-level business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Enterprise Sales & Revenue Growth

Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and achieve/exceed sales targets.

Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base within key enterprise markets.

Effectively communicate value propositions of digital transformation solutions to enterprise clients.
🔹 Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with enterprise clients, government entities, and key decision-makers.

Act as a trusted advisor, understanding client needs and aligning tailored digital solutions to their business objectives.

Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, product, and service) to ensure seamless customer experience.
🔹 Market & Product Expertise

Stay ahead of market trends, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings.

Maintain deep product knowledge of enterprise solutions, ECM, BPM, and digital transformation tools.

Provide market feedback to influence product development and innovation.
🔹 Strategic Business Expansion

Assist in expanding into new markets and introducing innovative product offerings.

Leverage industry best practices and consultative selling techniques to secure high-value contracts.

Drive adoption of low-code/no-code enterprise solutions among corporate and government clients.
Qualifications & Skills
✅ Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

Several years of experience in enterprise sales, account management, or IT solution sales.

Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas and revenue targets.
✅ Core Competencies:

Strategic Selling & Consultative Sales Approach.

Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.

Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.

Fluency in Arabic (mandatory) for interactions with government entities.

Industry certifications such as CSP or sales methodologies training (SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales) are a plus.
