As the Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Manager at e7 Group, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining a robust ERM framework to safeguard the organization’s assets and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead the identification and mitigation of enterprise-wide risks, develop strategies aligned with the company’s objectives, promote a risk-aware culture, and play a key role in business continuity planning and compliance reporting.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead the assessment and prioritization of strategic, operational, financial, and compliance risks.

Develop and implement effective mitigation strategies and ensure alignment with business goals.

Establish and continuously improve ERM frameworks, policies, and procedures.

Educate internal stakeholders on risk principles and promote a risk-aware culture.

Prepare risk reports for senior management and the board.

Collaborate with auditors and departments to ensure accurate risk reporting.

Develop and test business continuity and disaster recovery plans.
-
Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and industry standards.

Recommend improvements to company policies and procedures.
-
Prepare MIS and analytical reports to support risk management decisions.

Perform other related tasks as assigned.
Qualifications:
-
Bachelor’s degree in Risk Management, Finance, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in enterprise risk management or related fields.
-
Certification such as CRM, FRM, or ARM is a plus.

Experience in printing, publishing, or related sectors is advantageous.
