Halian is looking for a results-driven and dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to join their team. This role involves driving revenue by discovering, qualifying, building relationships, negotiating, and onboarding new clients in the SaaS sector. The candidate will collaborate with the Head of Sales Development, Marketing, and Business Development teams to drive lead generation and increase brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed sales targets.

Clearly communicate the client’s value proposition and differentiate the platform from competitors.

Manage prospects through the entire sales cycle, from discovery to closing.

Accurately forecast revenue and achieve assigned sales quotas and targets.

Identify new business opportunities and follow up on qualified leads.

Work closely with Marketing and Business Development teams to enhance lead generation efforts.

Maintain accurate documentation of sales activities and opportunities in Zoho CRM.
Qualifications:
-
5+ years of software sales experience, including 2+ years in enterprise-level solution sales.

Proven ability to meet or exceed sales quotas through effective prospecting and new business acquisition.

Strong experience in the SaaS software market.
-
Experience in HR & Payroll software is a plus but not mandatory.

Proven track record of successfully selling to enterprises with 500+ employees.
