Enterprise Account Executive, Growth – Arabic Speaker

MongoDB is hiring an Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition and revenue growth in the Middle East. This hybrid, full-time role is based in Dubai and is ideal for a fluent Arabic and English speaker with a proven track record in enterprise software sales. The role focuses on building strong client relationships, executing sales strategies, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver customer success.
Responsibilities:
• Identify, qualify, and close new business opportunities within the assigned territory
• Strategically prospect into CTOs, IT leaders, and technical stakeholders
• Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive growth
• Collaborate with Solution Architects and Professional Services to ensure customer satisfaction
• Work with channel partners and ecosystem sales teams to maximize deal size
• Participate in sales enablement programs, including bootcamps and leadership development
Requirements:
• Experience:
• 5+ years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive environment
• Proven success in enterprise technology sales
• Skills:
• Ability to articulate the business value of complex solutions
• Skilled in building business champions and managing long sales cycles
• Fluent in Arabic and English
• Must be based in Dubai
• Preferred:
• Familiarity with databases, DevOps, and open-source technologies
• Sales methodology training (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales)
