This full-time position is ideal for a dynamic sales professional with experience in complex enterprise technology sales. The role involves identifying and closing new business opportunities, managing relationships with key decision-makers (CTOs, IT Leaders), and working alongside internal and partner teams to deliver impactful solutions across the Middle East region.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively identify, qualify, and close new sales opportunities within an assigned territory.

• Strategically prospect into Public Sector organizations and engage technical stakeholders.

• Build strong relationships with clients and partners to maximize growth opportunities.

• Collaborate with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and channel sales teams.

• Participate in advanced sales enablement training including bootcamps and leadership programs.

Required Qualifications:

• Minimum 7 years of quota-carrying field sales experience in a competitive B2B tech environment.

• Proven success in opening new accounts and managing complex enterprise sales cycles.

• Strong ability to articulate business value in technical product offerings.

• Native Arabic speaker and fluent in English.

• Based in the UAE with a deep understanding of Public Sector accounts.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sales methodologies such as MEDDIC, SPIN, or Challenger Sales.

• Familiarity with database, open source, or developer tools is a plus.

• Passionate about modern software, AI, and innovation-led sales approaches.
