NiCE is seeking a dynamic Enterprise Account Executive to drive revenue growth and expand market share across Arizona, California, and Washington. This remote, full-time role is ideal for a seasoned sales professional with a strong background in portfolio software sales, Conversational AI, and digital transformation solutions. The successful candidate will be responsible for building strategic relationships, negotiating enterprise-wide agreements, and collaborating across internal teams to deliver impactful customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
– Achieve annual sales quotas and negotiate enterprise-wide agreements.
– Lead all sales activities to meet business goals and drive revenue.
– Leverage NiCE CxOne’s strengths to deliver scalable, successful solutions.
– Build and maintain high-level relationships with C-level executives.
– Identify new sales opportunities and analyze client business needs.
– Initiate and manage purchasing agreements with clients.
Requirements:
– Experience:
– 10+ years in software portfolio sales and services in a hunter-type role.
– 1+ years selling Conversational AI or Digital Transformation solutions.
– Skills:
– Strong client relationship and escalation management.
– Collaborative sales approach with cross-functional teams.
– Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
– Self-sufficient, flexible, and results-driven.
– Preferred:
– Experience with CCaaS, CX, and SaaS product suites.
