Enterprise Account Executive, Acquisition (Turkish Speaking)
MongoDB Dubai , UAE

MongoDB is looking for a Turkish-speaking Enterprise Account Executive to drive new business acquisition in Dubai. This role focuses on closing large enterprise accounts, strategically prospecting decision-makers, and managing the full sales cycle for MongoDB’s industry-leading developer data platform, Atlas.

Key Responsibilities:

💼 New Business Acquisition – Identify, qualify, and close sales with large strategic enterprise accounts.
🎯 Achieve & Exceed Sales Targets – Consistently meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals.
🔍 Strategic Prospecting – Engage with CTOs, Engineering/IT Leaders, and technical end-users to generate new opportunities.
📈 Forecasting & Reporting – Maintain high accuracy in pipeline forecasting and deal management.
🤝 Collaboration – Work closely with Solution Architects, Professional Services, and Channel Partners to maximize deal sizes and customer success.
📚 Sales Enablement & Training – Participate in advanced sales bootcamps, methodology training, and leadership development programs.

Job Requirements:

📌 4+ years of field sales experience in a fast-paced, competitive market with a focus on enterprise clients.
📌 Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and managing complex sales cycles.
📌 Strong ability to articulate business value of enterprise technology solutions.
📌 Experience in building business champions and engaging stakeholders at multiple levels.
📌 Fluency in Turkish & English (mandatory).
📌 High emotional intelligence (EQ), self-awareness, and strong time-management skills.
📌 Hybrid work model – Based in Dubai with required travel for face-to-face client meetings.

Preferred Qualifications:

🌟 Familiarity with databases, developers, and open-source technology.
🌟 Previous training in sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, SPIN, Challenger Sales).
🌟 Passion for working in the largest software market (database industry).
