Reach British School is seeking a passionate English Teacher to provide well-planned lessons, effective feedback, and a challenging learning environment for students. The role is focused on maximizing student progress and ensuring a positive, engaging, and inclusive learning experience in line with the school’s curriculum and policies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver lessons in line with the school’s curriculum.

• Ensure learning objectives are clear and understood by students.

• Provide opportunities for independent and collaborative learning.

• Use differentiated teaching strategies to challenge all students.

• Set high standards and expectations for behavior and learning.

• Manage classroom behavior in line with school policy.

• Offer regular feedback and assess student progress.

• Take part in enrichment activities and meetings as required.

• Maintain a safe, supportive, and engaging learning environment.

• Engage in personal and professional development.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.

• Teaching Qualification: Professional teaching qualification.

• Experience: At least 1 year of teaching experience, preferably within a British curriculum international school setting.

• Language Skills: IELTS score of 6.0 or equivalent.

• Special Skills: Strong interpersonal communication, organizational skills, ability to lead and work as part of a team, and a commitment to student welfare.
