The School of Research Science (SRS), a BSO-accredited international school in Dubai, is currently seeking exceptional English Teachers to join its American Curriculum department for the academic year 2025/26. SRS caters to over 4000 students from FS to Year 13, offering both the British National and American Curriculums leading to GCSE, IGCSE, AS/A2 qualifications, and American high school diplomas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality English instruction in alignment with the American Curriculum.

• Plan and implement lessons based on Common Core State Standards, Next Generation Science Standards, or the Massachusetts State Curriculum Frameworks.

• Assess and evaluate student progress regularly and adjust teaching strategies accordingly.

• Foster a positive, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment.

• Collaborate with faculty to support academic excellence and curricular improvements.

• Participate in department meetings, training sessions, and school events.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in English or a related field.

• Valid teaching license with a specialization in English or Language Arts.

• Minimum of 2 years full-time experience teaching the American Curriculum.

• Familiarity with Common Core, NGSS, or Massachusetts Curriculum standards.

• Leadership or managerial experience in an academic setting is preferred.

• Excellent classroom management and communication skills.
