Role Overview:
We are seeking a passionate and committed English Teacher to deliver inspiring lessons and drive exceptional student outcomes. The ideal candidate will collaborate with colleagues, engage parents, and contribute actively to the broader school community.

Teaching and Learning:

Thorough understanding of the American Curriculum.

Ability to organize and manage a creative, supportive classroom environment.

Reflective practice to continually enhance teaching quality.
Behaviour Management and Duties:

Implement the school’s behavior policy consistently.

Inspire self-discipline and independence in students.

Serve as a positive role model within the school community.

Take part in supervisory duties and contribute to the smooth running of the school.
Assessment and Data:

Record and monitor student progress through school systems.

Use assessment data to drive planning and interventions.

Provide clear and constructive feedback to students and parents.
Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in English or a related subject, plus a PGCE or equivalent teaching qualification.
Experience:
-
Minimum 1–2 years of relevant teaching experience.

Experience teaching students for whom English is an additional language is preferred.
