Rose Rayhaan by Rotana is seeking a passionate Engineering Storekeeper to join their team. The role involves receiving, storing, and issuing supplies and equipment, maintaining records of supply transactions, and ensuring the accurate delivery of materials for the Engineering Department. The storekeeper will also manage stock levels and ensure that goods are stored securely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Record deliveries and departmental issues accurately in stock ledgers

• Match received goods with delivery notes from suppliers

• Unload and receive goods, ensuring proper dispatch to the store

• Distribute goods to Engineering Department employees based on requests

• Requisition materials to maintain stock levels weekly

• Enter materials in and out of stores into the computer system

• Conduct stock taking at specified times by hotel management

• Maintain store security and cleanliness at all times

Candidate Requirements:

• High school or college qualification

• Previous experience in a similar position within the hospitality industry

• Proven knowledge of electrical equipment

• Good command of English (Computer skills are an advantage)

• Self-motivated, hands-on, and flexible approach

• Ability to adapt to unpredictable events and work under pressure

• Attention to detail and strong teamwork skills
