Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts is looking for an Engineering Manager to oversee the maintenance operations at Four Seasons Hotel DIFC. The role includes supervising the engineering team, ensuring quality control, managing energy consumption reports, and coordinating with other departments. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dubai.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise staff and manage work schedules, verifying quality and performance.

• Monitor and record meter readings for heat, light, and power, ensuring accurate logs.

• Compile monthly consumption reports for electricity, gas, steam, and water.

• Set up fire life safety systems, valve locations, and emergency procedures.

• Manage the engineering department and maintain effective communication with other departments.

Required Qualifications & Skills:

• 3-5 years of experience in a similar role within a 5-star luxury resort/hotel.

• Comprehensive knowledge of engineering operations and processes.

• Qualification in Technical Engineering.

• Strong knowledge of health, safety, and compliance.

• Problem-solving abilities and technical expertise.
