Hyatt is hiring an Engineering Manager to join their team in Abu Dhabi. This on-site, full-time role involves supporting the Director of Engineering to ensure the smooth, efficient, and cost-effective operation of the Engineering Department. The ideal candidate will help maintain the hotel’s physical assets—equipment, building infrastructure, and grounds—while ensuring seamless support to all departments and compliance with Hyatt’s corporate standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in managing the Engineering Department to ensure operational excellence in line with Hyatt’s strategic goals.

• Maintain all hotel equipment, mechanical systems, and facilities in top working condition.

• Provide timely engineering services to other departments, supporting smooth daily operations across the hotel.

• Oversee implementation of preventive maintenance programs and manage special engineering projects.

• Ensure the highest standards of safety, hygiene, and functionality in all areas of the hotel.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Degree or diploma in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or Building Management.

• Proven experience in maintenance programs and engineering project coordination.

• Technical expertise in HVAC, ventilation, refrigeration, fire systems, water/waste treatment, or hydraulics is highly desirable.

• Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving abilities.
