STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES is seeking an experienced Engineering Manager to join their Dubai office. The role will focus on concrete repair and rehabilitation projects across the Middle East. This is a growth opportunity for an aspiring leader with a solid background in structural engineering, particularly in concrete structures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage engineering projects internally, including teams of engineers, drafters, and technicians

• Analyze field data to facilitate problem-solving and repair design

• Perform and review analyses using hand calculations and finite element analysis software

• Prepare client deliverables, including construction drawings, specifications, and written reports

• Oversee concrete repair design and work closely with clients to ensure the successful execution of projects

• Ensure technical accuracy in design and project execution

Qualifications:

• Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) or Structural Engineer (SE) or equivalent

• 10+ years of relevant experience in civil/structural engineering

• Master’s or PhD in Civil or Structural Engineering

• Advanced knowledge of concrete deterioration mechanisms and repair techniques

• Experience with Finite Element Analysis Software (e.g., SAP2000, RISA, STAAD)

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, or other BIM software

• Strong technical writing and communication skills

• Fluency in English (Arabic proficiency is advantageous)
