We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Joint Venture Accountant to support our financial operations within the energy and natural resources industry. Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records for joint ventures

• Ensure compliance with all relevant financial policies, accounting standards, and regulatory guidelines

• Collaborate with joint venture partners to reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies

• Analyze financial data and deliver insights to support management decision-making

• Assist with budget preparation, financial forecasting, and variance analysis for joint ventures

• Manage cost and revenue allocations among joint venture partners

• Support both internal and external audits related to joint venture transactions

• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance financial efficiency and accuracy

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

• Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, or equivalent

• Prior experience in joint venture accounting, preferably within the energy or natural resources industry

• Strong knowledge of international accounting standards and industry-specific practices

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills

• Proficiency in financial systems and reporting tools

• Collaborative mindset with strong communication and stakeholder management skills
