Role Overview:
We are looking for an Energy Engineer to lead energy audits, retrofit projects, and deliver energy-saving solutions for commercial and industrial buildings across the UAE. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise in energy efficiency and building performance systems, with a focus on identifying inefficiencies and recommending improvements. You will be responsible for driving energy conservation initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, and researching emerging energy technologies to enhance building energy systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and conduct energy audits to assess and identify energy inefficiencies in commercial and industrial buildings.

• Develop and implement energy-efficient designs and systems for HVAC, building equipment, and overall processes.

• Manage and oversee energy conservation projects, including the development of plans, budgets, and timelines.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure projects align with their specific energy needs and sustainability goals.

• Research, evaluate, and recommend the adoption of emerging energy technologies and solutions for clients.

• Provide technical support for energy retrofitting projects and contribute to the development of energy-saving strategies.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Energy Engineering.

• 2–5 years of experience in energy efficiency, HVAC systems, or building performance.

• In-depth knowledge of hydronic systems, chilled water networks, and controls.

• Familiarity with ECMs, building energy systems, and M&V practices.

• Proven experience in client engagement and technical sales for energy solutions.

• Proficiency in energy analysis tools and MS Excel.

• CEM, CEA, or CMVP certifications are preferred.

• UAE driving license is a plus.
