A Confidential employer is seeking a passionate and creative Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Specialist to join their HR team. This pivotal role focuses on shaping both internal and external perceptions of the organization as a top employer, while also cultivating a motivated and engaged workforce.
You’ll play a dual role, leading employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and building engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction and performance.
Key Responsibilities
Employer Branding

Develop and execute the employer branding strategy aligned with company culture and hiring goals.

Oversee employer brand presence across career pages, job boards, social media, and employee advocacy platforms.

Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to craft compelling content and EVP-driven campaigns.

Organize and execute branding events such as career fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.

Monitor brand performance metrics, gather feedback, and optimize strategies accordingly.
Employee Engagement

Design and implement initiatives that align with the organization’s values and culture.

Conduct employee engagement surveys; analyze results and support action planning with HR Business Partners.

Support transparent, engaging internal communications.

Manage employee recognition programs and wellness campaigns.

Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and consistency in engagement efforts.
Required Qualifications & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

1–2 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, or internal communications.

Proven ability to manage campaigns and projects with measurable outcomes.

Knowledge of social media and digital branding tools and practices.
