Employer Branding and Engagement Specialist

A Confidential employer is seeking a passionate and creative Employer Branding and Employee Engagement Specialist to join their HR team. This pivotal role focuses on shaping both internal and external perceptions of the organization as a top employer, while also cultivating a motivated and engaged workforce.

You’ll play a dual role, leading employer branding initiatives to attract top talent and building engagement programs that drive employee satisfaction and performance.


Key Responsibilities

Employer Branding

  • Develop and execute the employer branding strategy aligned with company culture and hiring goals.

  • Oversee employer brand presence across career pages, job boards, social media, and employee advocacy platforms.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Talent Acquisition to craft compelling content and EVP-driven campaigns.

  • Organize and execute branding events such as career fairs, university partnerships, and networking events.

  • Monitor brand performance metrics, gather feedback, and optimize strategies accordingly.

Employee Engagement

  • Design and implement initiatives that align with the organization’s values and culture.

  • Conduct employee engagement surveys; analyze results and support action planning with HR Business Partners.

  • Support transparent, engaging internal communications.

  • Manage employee recognition programs and wellness campaigns.

  • Coordinate with departments to ensure alignment and consistency in engagement efforts.


Required Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Communications, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in employer branding, employee engagement, or internal communications.

  • Proven ability to manage campaigns and projects with measurable outcomes.

  • Knowledge of social media and digital branding tools and practices.
