Global Petroleum Business & Trading is seeking an experienced Employee Relations Executive to join their Abu Dhabi team. The ideal candidate will have solid knowledge of UAE labour laws, strong interpersonal skills, and prior experience working in a recruitment company. This role requires handling employee queries, coordinating with the PRO, managing visa and insurance processes, and maintaining employee relations systems and documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle internal and external employee queries and requests efficiently.

• Ensure compliance with UAE labour laws in all HR and employee relation matters.

• Coordinate with the PRO for visa processing, renewals, and government-related formalities.

• Oversee the application and renewal of medical insurance, workmen compensation, and resident visas up to Emirates ID issuance.

• Maintain and update Employee Relations (ER) systems and manuals.

• Support recruitment processes and onboarding activities as needed.

• Act as a point of contact for employee grievances and ensure timely resolution.

• Prepare reports and documentation related to employee relations and compliance.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience as an Employee Relations Executive or similar HR role.

• Strong understanding of UAE labour laws and HR best practices.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proficiency in English, Hindi, and Malayalam.

• Experience in a recruitment company is mandatory.

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.

• Confident personality with the ability to handle sensitive employee matters.
