Al Tamimi & Company is seeking an Employee Experience Officer to join their HR team in Dubai. This full-time, hybrid role will focus on delivering high-quality HR services to employees. You will act as the first point of contact for employee-related queries, ensure compliance with HR policies, and contribute to organizational development initiatives. The role also involves handling onboarding, attendance management, and supporting the execution of employee engagement programs.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the first point of contact for employee queries, ensuring timely and professional handling in line with SLAs.

Manage day-to-day HR operations, including onboarding, employee documentation, and exit processes.

Ensure HR operations are compliant with legal and company policies.

Oversee employee attendance, verify records, and escalate issues when necessary.

Issue employee letters and maintain employee data in systems (Oracle and DMS).

Handle medical and life insurance claims and prepare management reports as required.

Lead and execute organizational development initiatives such as employee engagement and culture programs.

Support workforce data analysis and prepare reports to aid decision-making.

Assist in enhancing the Human Capital Management System (HCMS) to support organizational development.
Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s Degree in HR or Business Administration.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR role.

Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee services, and compliance.

Experience with employee engagement, organizational development, and HR systems (Oracle, DMS).
