Chef Middle East, a leading foodservice company in the region, is hiring an Emiratization Specialist to lead recruitment, training, and development initiatives targeted at Emirati nationals. This full-time, on-site role is focused on attracting and nurturing UAE talent, aligning with the company’s commitment to national workforce development. The role requires a strategic and hands-on HR professional with experience in Emiratization, employee engagement, and performance management.
Key Responsibilities:

Proactively identify and attract Emirati talent through partnerships with universities, job fairs, and community outreach initiatives.

Conduct interviews and assessments to match candidates to roles that align with both their skills and the company’s culture.

Design and deliver targeted training programs to support the professional growth of Emirati employees.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and career guidance to support young UAE Nationals in achieving long-term career goals.

Implement and manage fair performance evaluation frameworks to track development and improvement.

Create clear career pathways and succession plans to ensure the sustained growth of Emirati employees within the organization.
Requirements:

Proven experience in Emiratization, recruitment, and employee development in the UAE or broader Middle East region.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with diverse stakeholders.

Hands-on experience designing and implementing training and development programs.

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

Bilingual fluency in Arabic and English is essential.
