Chef Middle East, a leading foodservice company in the region, is seeking an Emiratization Recruitment Specialist to lead efforts in attracting, training, and managing Emirati talent. The specialist will implement proactive recruitment strategies, develop tailored training programs, and provide mentorship for UAE nationals to support career growth within the company.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and attract Emirati talent through partnerships with educational institutions, job fairs, and community outreach programs
• Conduct interviews and assessments to ensure candidates align with company culture and job requirements
• Design and implement training programs focused on professional development, technical skills, and cultural integration
• Provide ongoing coaching and mentorship to UAE nationals for career progression
• Engage effectively with diverse stakeholders to strengthen Emiratization initiatives

Skills Required:

• Proven experience in Emiratization, talent acquisition, and development within the UAE or Middle Eastern region
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in designing and delivering training programs is highly desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Fluency in Arabic and English
