Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an experienced Media Manager to join its dynamic Retail Media team under the SHARE App division. This is an exciting opportunity for Emirati talent with strong expertise in media planning, campaign management, and digital marketing. The role involves overseeing the full lifecycle of retail media campaigns, working closely with internal teams and external clients to drive impactful marketing initiatives and deliver measurable results. Candidates must bring a minimum of 5 years of experience in performance marketing, media management, or digital strategy within fast-paced environments.
Responsibilities:

Lead end-to-end campaign planning and execution across the SHARE App, ensuring campaigns align with brand strategy and timelines.

Collaborate with internal stakeholders (MAF Precision Media, Malls, SHARE teams) and external partners (clients, agencies) for effective campaign rollout.

Manage media calendars, resolve scheduling conflicts, and ensure seamless operational delivery.

Monitor campaign metrics, conduct A/B testing, and apply data-driven insights to maximize campaign performance and ROAS.

Act as the primary liaison between commercial and operational teams, converting briefs into actionable strategies.

Oversee campaign budgets, support revenue goals, and contribute to the continuous enhancement of SHARE’s Retail Media solutions.
Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in marketing, digital media, or campaign management roles.

In-depth understanding of the Retail Media ecosystem and current industry trends.

Strong communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills to build lasting relationships.

Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities and deliver high-impact results.

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related discipline.
