Majid Al Futtaim is seeking an ambitious Emirati Graduate Trainee to join its People & Organization (P&O) and Transformation team within the Human Capital division. This Graduate Program provides hands-on experience across key HR functions, including recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, data management, and Learning & Development (L&D).

The role also involves contributing to transformation initiatives within Customer Solutions, allowing trainees to develop a strong foundation in human resources while gaining exposure to innovative organizational strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee support.

• Support employee engagement initiatives and help implement best practices.

• Manage and maintain HR data and reporting to ensure accuracy and compliance.

• Assist in Learning & Development (L&D) activities, including training coordination.

• Collaborate with different teams to support transformation projects within the organization.

• Gain exposure to HR systems, policies, and strategic workforce planning.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Strong interest in HR, organizational development, and business transformation.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Proactive and eager to learn with a problem-solving mindset.

• Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) is preferred.
