This two-year initiative equips graduates with technical, operational, and sales expertise to prepare them for future leadership roles across the Middle East and Africa.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate in six structured assignments over two years, covering:

Installation & Service Operations:
-
Interpret engineering drawings and schematics.

Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.
-
Install, calibrate, and maintain systems.
-
Provide clear technical support to clients.
-

Technical Sales (Pre-Sales, Inside Sales & Front-Line Sales):

Understand product specifications and solutions.
-
Build and manage strong client relationships.
-
Present technical solutions clearly to diverse audiences.
-
Conduct negotiations and close sales deals.
-
Analyze market trends and client needs.
-
Collaborate with marketing, engineering, and customer support teams.

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related fields.

UAE national with a family book (mandatory).
-
Passion for engineering and sustainable innovation.
-
Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.

Ability to adapt and collaborate with diverse teams.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).

Previous internship experience in engineering or technical fields is a plus.
