Majid Al Futtaim is looking for an Emirati Customer Experience Officer to support the day-to-day delivery of our bespoke customer service program across one of our premier mall properties. This role ensures that all customer interactions are handled with the highest level of professionalism, creating effortless, unforgettable, and sensorial experiences for every visitor.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the daily operations of the Customer Service Information Desk according to established processes and procedures.

• Maintain a deep knowledge of the shopping center’s services, facilities, stores, layout, and promotional activities.

• Provide clear, courteous, and professional assistance to customers both at the desk and over the phone.

• Address and resolve customer complaints in line with Customer Service policies and agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs).

• Support the execution of mall promotional events and activities, offering information and guidance to visitors.

• Execute and manage the Gift Card program, ensuring all payments and transactions follow company policies.

• Assist the Customer Service Supervisor and Team Leader with operational tasks and team coordination.

Requirements:

• UAE National (Emirati).

• Passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and empathetically.

• Strong knowledge of mall operations, retail services, and customer service procedures is a plus.

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as required.
