We are looking for ambitious UAE Nationals to join as Graduate Associates / Consultants within Audit, Advisory, and Tax service lines. This role offers an excellent opportunity to build a strong professional foundation while gaining hands-on experience across diverse industries.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct research to understand client operations, risks, and industry dynamics
• Support the planning and execution of audit, advisory, and consulting engagements
• Review financial records and documentation, and perform audit testing
• Assist in internal audit, risk, compliance, and regulatory assignments
• Analyze data to identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement
• Prepare reports, presentations, and client deliverables
• Participate in client meetings and contribute to engagement discussions
• Maintain accurate working papers and documentation
• Support proposal development and business development activities
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure successful project delivery
• Communicate professionally with clients and internal stakeholders

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Engineering, Technology, Science, or a related field
• Minimum GPA of 3.0/4.0 or equivalent
• Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
• Proactive, adaptable, and capable of working under pressure
• Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and presentation skills
• UAE National (Emirati) required
