SearchPlus HR Consultancy is hiring a highly skilled Emergency Medicine Specialist/Consultant to deliver urgent care services in a fast-paced emergency department setting in Dubai. The ideal candidate will demonstrate clinical excellence, rapid decision-making abilities, and a commitment to providing high-quality, life-saving interventions.

This full-time, on-site role involves assessing and managing acute medical and trauma conditions, stabilizing critical patients, and collaborating with healthcare teams to ensure comprehensive emergency care.

Key Responsibilities:

• Rapid assessment, diagnosis, and management of emergency department patients

• Handle critical cases such as trauma, cardiac arrest, respiratory failure, and strokes

• Perform life-saving procedures including intubation, defibrillation, and wound closure

• Coordinate patient care with nurses, paramedics, and specialists

• Stabilize and admit or refer patients to appropriate departments

• Analyze lab results, imaging, and diagnostic reports promptly

• Document medical records accurately and in compliance with hospital standards

• Uphold infection control and clinical safety protocols

• Participate in on-call rotations and emergency response preparedness

• Mentor and supervise junior medical staff and residents

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Medical degree (MBBS or equivalent) from a recognized institution

• Board certification or fellowship in Emergency Medicine (e.g., ABEM, CCFP-EM, MRCEM, or equivalent)

• 3–5 years of experience in emergency or trauma care

• Proficient in emergency medical procedures and critical care management

• Strong clinical judgment, decision-making, and crisis handling skills

• Effective communication and teamwork
