Job Title: Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Neurology Specialist

Job Description: We are seeking highly skilled and dynamic medical professionals in the fields of Emergency Medicine, Gastroenterology, and Neurology to join our team. The ideal candidates will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to patients in critical conditions, conducting advanced procedures, and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to ensure the best possible outcomes. This position involves overseeing patients with traumatic brain injuries, gastrointestinal disorders, and neurological conditions, managing emergency cases, and actively contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Emergency Medicine:

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients with traumatic brain injuries, utilizing advanced neuropsychological testing to tailor rehabilitation plans.
• Rapidly assess and stabilize patients in critical condition, making quick decisions under pressure to ensure optimal outcomes.
• Perform advanced medical procedures, such as intubation and chest tube insertion, in high-stress environments.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including nurses and specialists, to deliver comprehensive emergency care.
• Manage trauma cases by prioritizing interventions based on the severity of injuries and providing emotional support to patients and families.
• Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies in emergency medicine to enhance patient care.

Gastroenterology:

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and diagnose complex gastrointestinal disorders through advanced endoscopic techniques.
• Develop personalized treatment plans, utilizing a multidisciplinary approach to achieve optimal patient outcomes.
• Perform routine and advanced procedures, including colonoscopies and upper GI endoscopies, while maintaining high safety standards.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to enhance patient care and streamline treatment processes.

Neurology:

• Conduct comprehensive neurological examinations to diagnose conditions such as epilepsy, multiple sclerosis, and stroke.
• Interpret diagnostic tests (EEGs, MRIs) to develop tailored treatment plans for neurological conditions.
• Perform minimally invasive procedures, such as lumbar punctures or botulinum toxin injections, to improve patient outcomes.
• Mentor and train residents and medical students, fostering the next generation of neurologists.

Requirements:

• Emergency Medicine: MD or DO with specialized training in Emergency Medicine, board certification, and at least 3 years of experience in emergency care.
• Gastroenterology: Medical degree (MD) with specialized training in gastroenterology, board certification, and 5+ years of experience in performing endoscopic procedures.
• Neurology: MD or DO with specialized training in neurology, board certification, and 3-5 years of clinical experience in neurology.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• Strong technical skills in advanced medical procedures and emergency protocols.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills for effective patient care.

Salary: AED 45,000 to AED 95,000 per month, inclusive of fixed allowances.
