Position: Electrical Engineering Director – Facilities Management
Employment Type: Full-Time
Location: UAE
Salary: AED 40,000 – 60,000 per month (inclusive of fixed allowances)

About the Role:
We are seeking an innovative and solutions-oriented Electrical Engineering Director to oversee electrical systems within a prestigious and globally renowned property in the UAE. This leadership role involves managing electrical maintenance and facilities operations, ensuring safety, efficiency, and world-class service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage the electrical engineering department, overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of electrical systems in hospitality facilities.

Ensure compliance with local and international electrical codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Develop and implement electrical Facilities Management (FM) solutions across the property using the CAFM system.

Collaborate with other disciplines and departments to ensure smooth project execution and optimal facility operations.

Provide technical guidance and support to engineering teams for troubleshooting and electrical system improvements.

Conduct regular inspections, assessments, and audits to optimize system performance and identify improvement opportunities.

Implement predictive maintenance programs aligned with industry best practices.

Foster a culture of safety, compliance, and continuous improvement through training and development programs.
Requirements:

Technical certifications or qualifications in Electrical Engineering are highly desirable.

Minimum 10 years of experience in electrical engineering, with at least 5 years in a leadership role in facilities management or hospitality.

Strong knowledge of electrical systems, building codes, safety standards, and energy management systems.

Proven project management experience in engineering, including budgeting and resource management.

Excellent problem-solving skills and innovative thinking with the ability to implement effective strategies.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
